THE SHAPE
The past was inspired by my memories of my historical homeland, Armenia, and the most vivid period in my family's memory was the Soviet era, so the main source of form was the architecture of that time as a reference to the past integrated into the present.
Next, I identified the modules that formed the logical sequence, and I also used the associative method to convey the simplicity, fluidity, and monumentality of the forms.

The idea of my collection is reflected in the name itself. Any process begins with a search, and when creating a collection, "researching" is an important step in the design process.
Nostalgia is the source of my own search and it emphasizes the emotional state of the collection itself.
The contradictory of this feeling enhances the connection between the real and unreal, and the references to the past and memories of it emphasize the initial idea of searching on the border between the past and the present.
